Safety Measures
We’re taking a measured and deliberate approach to that takes in consideration new health and safety measures. We continue to follow guidance from government and health officials for responsibly operating and we’ll be making adjustments to activities and events in order to keep everyone safe this summer.
Enhanced Cleaning procedures are part of our staff’s training to keep everyone safe. Physical distancing measures will include signage and ground markings.
Physical Barriers: Physical barriers have been added in select places where it is difficult to maintain strict physical distancing guidelines. These may be visible in areas around the reception, the playground, the offices, to help promote proper distances between people.
Training: We are also training group leaders and animators to engage with families to promote physical distancing guidelines in common areas.
Redwood Adventure Club is for those that prefer more safety measures than what is taking place in public areas. You will have the knowledge that your area will be reserved only for your family bubble, access to regularly sanitized bathrooms, and lots of fun activities.
The pools & waterslides are yours & your guests to enjoy, they will not be shared during your visit. Even though chlorine kills all germs, it’s very easy to run into people around the pool area, so for your safety, pools will only be allowed for one family bubble at a time.
Whatever field or space that you book on the Redwood property, it will be only for your group. There is no worry of bumping into anyone else.
All bathrooms will be cleaned every hour and any physical equipment will be cleaned between every use. There is hand sanitizer pumps in front of every door handle as well as scattered throughout the property. Every staff member will wear a mask at all times.
To keep everyone safe, every visitor is expected to carry a mask with them. When you’re in your private area, you do not have to wear one but when going to the washroom or in close proximity to anyone, you will be expected to wear one.
